ORDERING
Are there any startup fees or required subscriptions?
No startup fees, no weekly commitments. Simply place your order each week. (Minimum total of $40+)
When do orders need to be placed by?
Deadline is Friday at 12 noon.
Does the menu change?
Yes! We keep a selection of our most popular items while also adding new options every week.
DELIVERY
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver Valleywide within the Phoenix metro area. From Buckeye to Mesa, Peoria to Chandler. If checkout is restricted, please contact us.
How will I be notified of delivery?
Mad Fresh uses a unique delivery tracker via Cigo Tracker. On the morning of delivery, all customers receive a link to track their order in real-time including ETA.
What if I am not home for delivery?
If you won't be home during delivery, we kindly ask that a cooler is left with ice packs. Our drivers will leave your meals accordingly.

How do I reheat the meals?
Our meals are prepared and portioned in microwave-safe containers. We advise reheating for 2-3 minutes.
What is the nutritional quality?
Mad Fresh is proud to offer 100% gluten-free foods. Our ingredients are Non-GMO, Organic and Low-Sodium.
How long do meals last?
We prepare and cook our meals early Sunday morning for delivery. When properly stored, they can be safely consumed up to 5 days. Most meals can also be frozen up to 2 weeks.
